Have The Mass Effect 3 Omega Details Been Leaked?

Those pesky but loved people who extract files from big games are at it again. Files taken from Mass Effect 3 seem to leak information about the possible upcoming Omega DLC. You remember the Hold The Line forum right? Of course you do. Quotes such as “Since we took back Omega, I’ve been consolidating my resources for the war” and “I’ll be retaking Omega from Cerberus” have been posted on the Hold The Line forum.

Omega is, if you remember correctly, the massive space station inhabited by all sorts of species and run by the overlord Aria T’Loak. According to the alleged leaked files, the Omega DLC would focus around the retaking of Omega from Cerberus who had taken over the station in Mass Effect 3. However, we never actually saw this and it was only mentioned by Aria when you meet her on the Citadel. It would be probable that you’ll play as Shepard supporting Aria’s forces in this DLC.

Last week, BioWare big dog Aaron Flynn hinted at a new Mass Effect game and DLC so it seems that we may be learning more. However, nothing official has be released yet so for now it’s all speculation but you can be sure that Analog Addiction will be on the scene to deliver you the news.
