DmC NYC-CC Trailer
Were you able to attend Comic Con in New York City this past weekend? If you weren’t, fear not, the latest trailer for Ninja Theory’s upcoming Devil May Cry reboot has now been uploaded online.
As you can see, the trailer focuses primarily on putting more of the stylized violence on display. The Devil May Cry series has always been about incredibly stylized fighting with huge combos and crazy moves as well as insane boss fights, and this game looks to keep that pattern going. We get another glimpse at that weird pixelated head that Dante fights, although to me, the highlight of the entire trailer comes towards the end when you see that odd demonic creature with two massive saw blades for arms. I can’t wait to take that creature on and bring him to his/her/its knees with whatever weapons I happen to have at my disposal.
The game isn’t out until January 15th, 2013 for both PS3 and Xbox 360, but it’s already looking promising and with any luck, the game will be able to please both hardcore fans of the original Devil May Cry series as well as new fans who missed the previous entries.
Eric isn’t the son of Sparda, but he does enjoy spending his spare time hanging out sexy blonde bombshells named Trish. The reason she isn’t in this game is because she’s spending all her free time with Eric.
