The Wii U is right around the corner and we already know of the Wii U’s alternate Pro Controller aimed to cater for the hardcore Nintendo fans. Well now you have something better. Taking the hardcore and combining it with the nostalgic feelings harboured by many a Nintendo fan, Australian retailer EB games has revealed the SNES inspired hardcore controller.
However, the controller is not a Nintendo product. It’s a third party device so checking out the build quality is advised. EB has the device listed for $48 Australian which is quite a drop from Nintendo’s price for the white and black Pro Controllers. We don’t know if anyone else will be stocking it but it’s available on the 30th of November, the same day the Wii U comes out in Australia.
If any more news arises on the SNES Pro Controller, Analog Addiction will let you know.
