Portal 2 PC… Now With Splitscreen!

Rejoice PC fans! The (unfortunately) overlooked splitscreen feature, missing from a lot of the PC versions of games (while the consoles do have it), is, at least, being brought back in Valve’s critically acclaimed, Portal 2.
The company announced today that, among other things, splitscreen co-op will finally be available. Also, Portal 2 on PC now supports Steam’s Big Picture mode, allowing users to play the game through their television sets. They also fixed the controller’s ‘quick ping’ button causing the player’s movement to stop, and not being able to exit Robot Enrichment or Create Test Chambers menus with the controller.
