PS4 is the equivilient to the PC of 2014 and/or 2015 says Quantic Dream.
Speaking to GameSpot, Quantic Dream co-CEO Guillame de Fondaumiere claims the power the PS4 has is already showing “major differences” from the PlayStation 3. “We are already seeing in the first [tests] that we’re doing a big difference,” remarked the co-CEO.
However, de Fonaumiere did note the PS4, like its predecessor, has it’s limitations. “There are limitations on the PlayStation 3 and there will be limitations on PlayStation 4. With the PlayStation 4, it’s something that really is more like the PC of the next year or two years.”
Quantic Dream has already confirmed it’s working on a PS4 game which is in all likeliness related to the web domain filed earlier this year. According to QD’s David Cage, fans would “be amazed” with what the studio is doing with Sony’s next-gen console.
