Call of Duty Ghosts Gets A Teaser Trailer And Is Coming To Next-Gen and Current Gen Consoles

Activision has released the first teaser trailer for Call of Duty Ghosts.

With this newest instalment of Call of Duty, series creator Infinity Ward is back in development. “Everyone was expecting us to make Modern Warfare 4, which would have been the safe thing to do,”  said executive producer Mark Rubin, “We saw the console transition as the perfect opportunity to start a new chapter for Call of Duty. So we’re building a new sub-brand, a new engine, and a lot of new ideas and experiences for our players.”

Call of Duty Ghosts is to be shown at the next-generation Xbox announcement event on May 21st and.

The game has been confirmed for the Xbox 360, PS3, PC and the next-gen which effectively means PlayStation 4 and the next Xbox. However, there’s been no mention of a Wii U version just yet which is a bit strange considering 2012’s Call of Duty Black Ops II was on the Wii U.
