Sony will be streaming its E3 2013 press conference through the PlayStation Vita the company has announced.

As the PlayStation Blog notes, Sony “is finalising plans now,” to have the press conference beamed straight to the handheld. However, it’s not yet known exactly how the Vita will be streaming the conference. SCEE Blog manager Fred Dutton simply notes users will be able to watch the show “somehow on your Vita.”

Sony has so far failed to clarify whether users will need to download an app or if the press conference will have to be viewed via the device’s own browser.

The Sony press conference kicks off at 6pm PST on June 10th 2013.
