Gamescom: ‘Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare’ Features Playable Zombies

It was announced at the EA Gamescom press conference that players will be able to play as zombies in Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare.Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare Logo

Popcap and EA revealed an in-engine video showcasing the abundance of zombie favourites that players will be able to control, including your standard zombies, pogo zombies, football zombies and more.

It was also revealed a new mode called Boss Mode will be included in the game, which utilises Kinect and SmartGlass functionality. Players can use motion and touch controls to control you units.

Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare will be released first on Xbox One in Spring 2014.
