In an update on the Xbox One’s product page, Microsoft has revealed the Xbox One can have up to eight controllers connected to the system at the same time.
Although it’s likely not going to be used for splitscreen in genres such as FPS’, brawler titles such as Castle Crashers or any sports game would likely utilize this feature.
The page also shows the wireless Xbox One controllers can connect to the console up to 30 feet away.
The Xbox One is set to release sometime in November 2013.
