Will Grand Theft Auto V Feature Seasons?

Among a slew of brand-new screenshots from Rockstar’s unbelievably highly anticipated Grand Theft Auto V, a few ones stood out among the others. Why, you may ask? Well because these five screenshots feature something never-before seen in a GTA game: snow.

So here comes the question: do these five screenshots above feature a predetermined set of missions which happen to take place before the game, or will GTA V actually feature different seasons? You might think that the images above show us a high-in-the-mountains scenery, but take a look at the second one. That clearly shows us a country road, with the actual mountains in front of us.

So what do you think? Does GTA V still hold secrets to us? Will we be able to change seasons through cheats? Let us know in the comments below.

Grand Theft Auto V is scheduled for mayhem in September 17th, on the PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. Oh, and before you go, don’t forget to feast your eyes on more screenshots below.

    • Yes, that seems to be the case. Thinking about it again, having seasons in a GTA game would have been important enough to mention in these past few months anyway. Oh well… there’s always another GTA :)
