Driveclub, the PlayStation 4 launch title, has been delayed until 2014.
In a post on the PlayStation Blog, Shuhei Yoshida, President of SCE Worldwide Studios, broke the news that Sony and Evolution Studios have decided “to delay the release of DRIVECLUB and DRIVECLUB PlayStation Plus Edition until early 2014.”
Yoshida said the reason for the delay was so that the team could have more time “in order to deliver on their vision.”
While Driveclub will still be apart of the Instant Game Collection when it launches next year, it will not be there at launch. Instead, replacing it will be Contrast, a game developed by Compulsion Games.
