In case you haven’t heard, GameInformer has recently reported that the upcoming prologue to Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain – Ground Zeroes – can be finished in just about two hours. Fans of the series weren’t too thrilled about the news, especially since the next generation versions can cost up to $40.
In response, the series’ creator, Hideo Kojima, has stated the following, via Twitter:

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is scheduled for active duty on March 18th (North America), and March 20th (Europe and Japan), via the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. The last generation versions will cost you $20 (for a digital copy), and $30 (for a physical one). The next-gen ones, however, will run for $30 (digital), and $40 (physical).
