Rumour – Is This The Main Character From The Next ‘Assassin’s Creed’?

The character from the next Assassin’s Creed game may have been leaked out ahead of the announcement for the next entry in the series.

This image shows us an individual which looks to be an obvious member of the series’ fictional Assassin order. Though this character does not resemble any past characters in either the games or any other properties.

The character also looks to be holding a revolver which indicates the game could be set during or sometime after the industrial revolution. A Victorian London setting has been called for by fans for many years by now so perhaps this is the case.

However, before you get carried away, site who revealed this image has given no source for the leak. A website called Gamespace posted the image in amongst another story. The lack of source should speak for itself but take this all with a grain (or a fistful) of salt. Assassin’s Creed IV was also leaked ahead of it’s announcement so there’s a decent enough chance this could be real.

The last two Assassin’s Creed games have been revealed in the Spring so perhaps the announcement for the next game is imminent.
