E3 2014 – ‘Halo: The Master Chief Collection’ Revealed

The Halo: The Master Chief Collection has been unveiled alongside a trailer.

The reveal opened up with the famous footage from the original Halo 2 trailer where Master Chief pushes a bomb into a Covenant ship, but remade with HD visuals.

The Arbiter in the trailer is narrating about the Master Chief as this is all going on.

The collection will launch on Nov. 11, 2014 and will contain Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3 and Halo 4 on one disc with all previous content, which includes over 100 maps.

Halo 2 is getting the “anniversary treatment” and will contain the original multiplayer in all of its glory. 343 Industries also played a multiplayer demo on the map Ascension from the original game.

The Master Chief Collection will also ship at 1080p, run at 60 frames and contain 4000 points in achievements.
