Visceral Targeting 1080p/60FPS For ‘Battlefield Hardline’ On Xbox One

Battlefield Hardline “should” run in 1080p at 60 frames per second on the Xbox One according to EA.

Hardline’s creative director Ian Milham explained how it will be shooting for total parity between the two consoles citing developer Visceral’s history of parity on past consoles with past games.

“We have always strived for total parity,” Milham explains to GamingBolt.

It’s nothing definite yet, but Milham further explains how the game’s performance will have parity relative to the system it’s on. “Those two [PS4, X-one] should be locked in together.”

Battlefield 4 runs in 720p at 60 FPS on the Xbox One so if Visceral manages to pull it off with Hardline, Xbox One users should notice the difference.

Battlefield Hardline is already running at 1080p/60FPS on the PlayStation 4 version of the game and release on October 24th for PS4, PS3, Xbox One, 360 and PC.
