Sackboy Charms Us Once Again
Before owning PlayStation 3 and loving my Xbox 360, I remember seeing all my friends playing this really unique looking cooperative multiplayer experience. It was so bright and colourful, but seemed to provide extremely challenging gameplay. That game was the original LittleBigPlanet, it was one of the first games I purchased for my beloved PlayStation 3 when I finally had one of my own and from that day, I was in love. LittleBigPlanet has been with me throughout the years, from the great first edition that leaves frustrating memories of that electrified maze near the conclusion of the game, to the amazing moment of finishing LittleBigPlanet 2 and being greeted to my favourite song at the time “Sleepyhead” by Passion Pit. Sackboy and I have a loving relationship, and when I heard his enjoyable adventures were coming to Vita, I was ready to set forth into The Imagisphere once again.
SuperBot Entertainment has announced their first patch for PlayStation All-Stars. Patch 1.02 will go live “early next week”. The patch includes:
- A new item, Medusa’s Gaze, has been added to the game
- View Invites has been added to the Party Bar Menu
- Voice chat icon added to loading screens
- AI logic enhancements
- Network performance improvements:
- Issue where players were stuck with a different character than the one picked has been addressed
- Issue with matchmaking in regards to player skill has been addressed
- Overall improvements to network connectivity
Also in the patch are some changes to Sackboy. The changes nerf Sackboy by requiring his supers to need more AP before they can be used. A couple of his moves have also been nerfed to give him less AP.

Little Big Planet Karting should be on Vita, simple statement but it should happen. Find out my reasons why and my suggestion for a Vita Holiday bundle, that was missed by Sony.

This is not the first news regarding release dates we have heard about Sackboy recently, with LittleBigPlanet Vita’s release date also being announced last week.
LittleBigPlanet Karting is a new direction in the LBP series, known usually for it’s platforming it will now hit the racing genre. Keeping the user creation of the original main console titles and allowing players to create custom tracks, games and various karts for racing.
