Masahiro Sakurai has revealed earlier today that the new Super Smash Bros for Wii U and the new Super Smash Bros for 3DS will not have cross-platform play. The reason is each console has their own special unique levels and because of this it is not possible to have a Wii U player vs. a 3DS player.
While the 3DS did not have that much news outside of Mario and Luigi Dream Team and Yoshi’s New Island, they did manage to release new trailers showing gameplay for both.
Nintendo revealed that gaming icon Mega Man would be joining the Super Smash Bros. franchise, which is due to debut on Wii U and 3DS in 2014. Debuting during a lengthy CG and gameplay trailer, Mega Man appeared in his classic “Blue Bomber” iteration, complete with Mega Buster, numerous Robot Master abilities and his trusty dog, Rush. Sonic: Lost World trailer debuted this past week, showing Sonic in an all new Wii-U and 3DS exclusive in Nintendo and SEGA’s exclusive partnership (who would have said that 20 years ago!). With that of course questions arose: who are these six new villains, where is Dr. Robotnik, and what is Sonic’s new style of gameplay?

However, when you get down to it, it comes down to a matter of choice and preference. According to the website PC-Tablet, they ran a test comparing the Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PS4′s hardware. Their complete overview analysis showed the PS4 had better configuration and is overall a faster system with better specs, at least according to the paper of information we’ve all been provided.
Remember when Nintendo said they were teaming up with Best Buy to let people who aren’t attending E3 to play demos of their future Wii U games?
