HARBINGER #14 REVIEW

Harbinger #14

While the Harbinger Wars are over, this issue allows us to see what happened during those final moments which we did not see in that particular conclusion. Though I do wish that this issue came out the week of the conclusion to the event, I’m just glad they covered this at all.

I liked that we finally got to see what happened to Faith because I was very confused when they said Faith was probably dead before. It was as if they recused her one minute, and then the next minute she was gone. It was sad because she is a favorite in this book. Luckily we got to see that she was actually off performing what could have been her last act of heroism. Her survival I think was very important because Faith comes off as the heart of the group and her death would have been in vain after everything that happened.

Personally did not care all too much for the story of Harada’s past. It was cool, but compared to everything else taking place it did not hold up as something I would have cared for them to spend time on. I still would like to see some emphasis on the importance of it all.

Overall it was a great issue, and even better highlighting what I might say is the best of Faith. You really wouldn’t expect so much of her given her powers compared to the rest but she really stood out.

Score: 8.3/10
